Criteria for Organization Participation

The following guidelines should provide you with enough information to determine your organization's eligibility for participation as a beneficiary of a retail or service sale or for organized fundraising activities.  If you have any questions, please contact us.  We will usually respond within 2 business days.

So, which organizations qualify?  Most not-for-profits, PTO/PTAs, educational institutions, social justice organizations, religious institutions, etc are eligible.  The goal is to support education, social services, social justice, health care services, environmental causes, and religious freedom.

Can a for-profit business be a beneficiary or run a fundraiser?  For-profit businesses are invited to use Images Move's products to benefit any organization which would otherwise qualify.  For instance, a salon wants to raise money to fight breast cancer.  Typically, private schools and daycare providers are eligible, especially those with outreach programs and subsidies for those in need.

I'm a student.  Can I sell Images Move merchandise to help fund my education?  Yes.  Tuition and related school expenses, as well as extra-curricular activites are usually acceptable.  You will need to describe the program to qualify.

What about PACs?  Political organizations will be considered on a case by case basis.

Are there any blanket rules for excluding an organization?  Yes, under no circumstances will an organization be considered that promotes or permits intolerance, hatred or violence.

Who determines eligibility?  Images Move reserves the right to make all determinations of eligibility.
